I ordered a bandsaw blade and when it came, it was not the correct size. I emailed them about the error and they had a new blade made up, and shipped to me with no cost to me. The new blade works great. Very happy with the way that they took care of their mistake. Mark of a reputable company! ..

I needed a new handle for my Fein Turbo vac, it was an older model, the team was super helpful as the one I ordered did not fit. The guys hooked me up with a solution and I upgraded my hose connections to the new model handle and I and back sucking up bamboo shavings for my next cane rod. Great foll..

One phone call was all it took to get free replacement blades. I offered to pay since it was my fault I hadn't check..
