Special Notice Regarding Shipping from our Vendor/Manufacturing Location vs the BC Warehouse

Many of the products we offer are available both from our BC Warehouse and directly from the Vendor or Manufacturer. In order to ship products directly to you from the Vendor or Manufacturer there are some specific terms that must be met before that option is available to you.

NOTE: If the minimum below is not met for a Vendor/Manufacturer then BC Warehouse will be the only available shipping option. In the these cases if the BC Warehouse does not currently have stock, this will add additional lead time while you items are transferred to BC. This additional lead time is typically between 1-3 weeks.

Courier and Canada Post shipping is available from:

• Skookum Abrasives/Sanding Belts - no minimum - ships from Quebec
• Winnipeg Warehouse End Mills – no minimum – ships from Winnipeg MB
• Klingspor Abrasives – minimum order $125.00 – ships from Stoney Creek ON
• Dimar Canada – no minimum order – ships from Concord ON
• Fein Canada – no minimum order – ships from Missisaugua ON
• Platinum North America – no minimum order – ships from Edmonton AB
• Royce Ayr – no minimum order – ships from Cambridge ON
• BC Warehouse – no minimum – ships from Victoria BC

The following locations ship by courier only:

• Central Warehouse – minimum order $125.00 – ships from Montreal QC or Edmonton AB (depending on stock availability)

Shipping to the United States

Most orders shipped from Canada to the United States are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means your order total is intended to include the cost of products, shipping, and any applicable import duties, tariffs, or taxes charged by U.S. Customs. In most cases, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Due to the evolving nature of international trade policies, tariffs, and customs regulations, Skookum Tools Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where import duties, tariffs, shipping costs, or other cross-border charges become excessive, impractical, or materially different from those quoted or anticipated at the time of purchase. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any payment received will be fully refunded.
