I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Items I ordered needed to be made up process was quickly done and shipped to me promptly.
They also kept me informed via email of progress of my order. Bandsaw blades arrived and a perfect fit.
