This ultimate carbide-tipped high precision panel pilot bit has a conical tip for plunging into panels and a fundamental solid pilot.     These blades look well made. Unlike the ones I ordered elsewhere whose welds broke, were poorly aligned during welding and were miss-packaged wrt their stated length. The ones from these people have welds that are straight and are hard to distinguish from the parent material after weld cleanup...
