The custom blade arrived as predicted. Quality of the blade is great. Far superior to the equivalent Bosch blade. The narrow kerf is ideal for cutting small wood pieces for the wooden toys I make for my grandkids. Cuts straight and smooth. You are now my go to supplier for bandsaw blades...

Usually use a nice local supplier, but their price on micro endmills was brutal. Shipping was going to take a while so we ordered a bunch, but at a quarter of the local price, totally worth the wait. Of course, now that we have spares we haven't broken a single one, funny how that works...

Nice blade (Royce Ayr 12" x 24 tooth x 3.2 mm ATB Proline series ripping blade). Rips 4" oak with ease on a 3 HP saw. Smooth clean cuts with no burning. I compared the performance of this blade to a more expensive Freud blade in ripping the same oak pieces. The Royce blade did a better job. ..

I tried the 53 3/4” blade on a flyer. If I remove the tire from one of the wheels on the old BD saw, it works sort of.
Cuts well but I’m waiting on one of the right length. I’ll keep you posted. ..
