Order here for the first time, needed a 1/2" couterbore with a 9/32 pilot for light/medium duty job, tool arrived on time and did exactly what i needed to do with only a slight modification to the tool. I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.
