The blade appears to be of excellent quality. The fit is perfect with no alignment problem. I appreciated the attached detail directions for first operation since they are somewhat different than the expected “norm” procedures. I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.
