I ordered a bandsaw blade and when it came, it was not the correct size. I emailed them about the error and they had a new blade made up, and shipped to me with no cost to me. The new blade works great. Very happy with the way that they took care of their mistake. Mark of a reputable company! ..

I ordered several 91” bandsaw blades for an old wood bandsaw; it is an odd size very hard to find, so I appreciated both the quality of the blades and the price was better than other stuff I saw online; it’s a nicer selection also for blade sizes and tooth count, etc. ..

I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.
