Premiere line of wood chisels produced to Government Specifications #GGG-C-311. Blade, barrel and shank are forged from one piece of High Carbon Tool Steel. Two-zone heat treatment and temper for keen, long lasting cutting edge. 3" blade length with beveled edges, precision ground and polished. Steel cap to absorb hammer blows. Large, long life impact-resistant plastic handles.
