I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Scookum made me a custom blade for my ban saw. Good service and prompt delivery. The blade is now in service and appears to work flawlessly. I will certainly reorder from them when it’s necessary...

I have been buying bandsaw blades at Skookum for sometime. Always happy with the product. I ordered 4 special order in 2022 but didn't use them until 2024. They were the wrong length. One phone call was all it took to get free replacement blades. I offered to pay since it was my fault I hadn't check..
shipping was great, havn't used the product yet...
