I needed custom sanding belts made to sharpen my jointer and planer blades. Ryan's advice was bang on! Super sharp blades in no time, with very little wear on the belts. Good pricing for a custom product. I would definitely use Online again!!!..

I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Ryan was helpful in "customising" my delivery. I knew I would be unavailable when it was originally scheduled and a simple email to him asking that he hold the delivery until later was handled perfectly. It isn't easy to find that kind of personalized service especially with on-line purchases...
