HSS 18% Centrolock Planer Knives are made and handcrafted in Germany. Each knife is handcrafted to create a razor-sharp edge, providing the smoothest cut. In order to ensure a high tool life, our knives are hardened and tempered in modern vacuum ovens.

    Nice blade (Royce Ayr 12" x 24 tooth x 3.2 mm ATB Proline series ripping blade). Rips 4" oak with ease on a 3 HP saw. Smooth clean cuts with no burning. I compared the performance of this blade to a more expensive Freud blade in ripping the same oak pieces. The Royce blade did a better job. ..
