To Apply Bar Polishing Compound
• Apply soap to the felt belt from a bar of soap first 
• Warm up the compound stick before applying (heat gun to the application end)
• Run the sander at slow speed (jog the switch on/off if necessary) while building up compound on the belt

    Usually use a nice local supplier, but their price on micro endmills was brutal. Shipping was going to take a while so we ordered a bunch, but at a quarter of the local price, totally worth the wait. Of course, now that we have spares we haven't broken a single one, funny how that works...
