| Design: | Jokisch W2-OP is an easy emulsifying, mineral oil based, water soluble coolant. It is a universal cutting fluid that can be used in CNC machining, saws, and grinders. Jokisch W2-OP is especially suited to cold sawing, and high performance production saws. When kept at the correct mixture ratio, it will not affect machine paint, prevents corrosion, and leaves no sticky residues. During actual use, the mixture has the clarity of synthetic coolants without its drawbacks. |
| Safety: | Jokisch W2-OP contains no hazardous ingredients, and is chemically balanced. Jokisch does not use or need hazardous biocides. These are sometimes called perfumes, deodorizers or tea bags to control rancidity and keep the coolant stable. |
| Performance: | Jokisch W2-OP is manufactured to give maximum performance under all conditions and all materials. Being mineral oil based, it has much more lubricity than a synthetic based coolant. Additionally, its selected high performance ingredients result in excellent performance in all CNC milling, turning, grinding and sawing, especially when tapping and threading. |
| pH: | Jokisch W2-OP has a pH between 9.0-9.5 @ 5% mix (1:20). This means no staining (etching) of aluminum and no rusting of machinery and tooling. |
| Foam: | Jokisch W2-OP has strong anti-foaming agents and has been designed for machines with high pressure pumps, high speed spindles and through-the-tool cooling. |
| Consumption: | Jokisch W2-OP has a high heat resistance (>356°F) reducing the amount of coolant burn-off and evaporation by 50% or more when compared to any other water soluble coolant. |
| Universal: | Jokisch W2-OP has universal applications for conventional use, as well as CNC machining, sawing, cold sawing, grinding, punching and roll threading. |
| Disposal: | Being mineral-oil based, and containing no “free” chlorine usually means lower disposal costs than conventional cutting fluids, especially synthetic or chlorine-based coolants. |
