I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Your Company was one of the only online vendors who offered a Forstner Bit of its size, at a very affordable price. Shipping was fast. The bit performed flawlessly, and made a precision cut without stalling or gumming up. I'll use these folks again for any hard to find millwork blades. ..

These blades look well made.
Unlike the ones I ordered elsewhere whose welds broke, were poorly aligned during welding and were miss-packaged wrt their stated length.
The ones from these people have welds that are straight and are hard to distinguish from the parent material after weld cleanup...
