I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

I needed a new handle for my Fein Turbo vac, it was an older model, the team was super helpful as the one I ordered did not fit.
