“Spoke with a rep, placed an order and blades were received quickly. Very pleased with the cutting action.”
“I wasn’t able to use the two blades I ordered, The wrong size was ordered and your company wouldn’t accept them back, To be continued Response: I understand you not being fully satisfied with what we were able to do for you but, unfortunately blades that have been made custom to your requested size are not returnable. I see that our customer service offered you several options to make the best of this situation (which you declined) and eventually gave you free shipping on the replacement blade. If you have any suggestions for how we could have handled this better I would appreciate hearing again from you. Rob McDonald - President”
