I see that our customer service offered you several options to make the best of this situation (which you declined) and eventually gave you free shipping on the replacement blade. “Needed a metal blade for a wood bandsaw, different lengths???, couldn't order a replacement blade from manufacturer. Found Online Supply on a google search. Their selection of blades is great, found the blade length I needed for a metal blade, pricing was good and free shipping was offered over a certain price limit, the order process was quick and easy. The shipping time to Whitehorse was also very quick.”
