When my order was finally shipped a month after paying for it I was overseas and unable to take delivery from UPS. So $100 paid, no product delivered and presumably some fella at UPS has a nice set of my blades. --- REPLY: We truly appreciate your honest feedback — and we’re very sorry for the poor experience you had. There’s no excuse for the delay, and we take full responsibility for letting you down on this order. You’ve already been fully refunded, but we’d still like to make it right by offering a free replacement order.
