“Great Service which is always a plus !!!”
“Custom length bandsaw blade was made perfectly, fit like a glove on the saw. It was also the best cutting blade I've bought to date. Well done.”
“I ordered and custom length horizontal bandsaw blade of and odd width length and thickness combination so the store called to confirm my order because they have never done one like this before. That was an amazing service. The product was amazing! It cut through 3/8 stainless like it was butter. The cut was clean, smooth and no vibration. I could tell when the weld went between the guide rollers but I imagine it would be felt on all custom blades. It's the best blade I've used yet on my bandsaw. It wasn't just welded it was crafted.”
“I really can't say enough about the service I received. I've been ripped off numerous times by ordering online and very disappointed in the product I received and because of these bad experiences I hate ordering online but I have to to get the things I need. When I found your business I was happy to see it was Canadian and felt a lot less apprehensive about ordering. As far as service goes it was the best I've received yet both online and off.the knowledge of the staff member that called me regarding my order was was impressive and his customer bedside manner was better than most doctors. The only issue I have was the wait and that's only because I live so far away. Excellent service 5 stars!”
