“Excellent service. The blades arrived here as promised only few days after having placed the order. Regarding the quality of your blades, I can only say one thing. Outstanding quality. I have one suggestion. It would be appreciated if the blades would arrive with a label attached to them stating the recommended usage (wood thickness, material, etc.) Not all your customers are everyday users of your products, many like yours truly are weekend woodworkers and thus not 100% familiar with all the details of all the TOYS we possess, some we use only sporadically. Such label would be very appreciated if after a while we pick-up a blade from the storing place in order to use it on a one time usage. THE MOST IMPORTANT BUSINESS OF EVERY BUSINESS IS COMMUNICATION. Communicating your product increases added value to your already excellent product. Thanks.”
