Good service. They had a problem with delivery, but let me know right away and it was okay with me. My bandsaw blade arrived when they said it wood and it fits and works fine...

I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Order here for the first time, needed a 1/2" couterbore with a 9/32 pilot for light/medium duty job, tool arrived on time and did exactly what i needed to do with only a slight modification to the tool. Good bang for the buck. Good first experience and will certainly consider this as regular source...
