The new STEARATE Plus additional layer significantly reduces the adhesion of the material to the abrasive grain. XF733 is a ceramic grain abrasive with a half-open spread for a self-sharpening effect. It is impressive when it comes to machining non-ferrous metals – particularly aluminium – thanks to its aggressive grinding and very long service life.

  • Self-sharpening effect results in an extremely high stock removal rate thanks to constant recreation of sharp grain points
  • The STEARATE Plus additional layer considerably reduces chip adhesion and therefore the clogging of abrasive

    These blades look well made. Unlike the ones I ordered elsewhere whose welds broke, were poorly aligned during welding and were miss-packaged wrt their stated length. The ones from these people have welds that are straight and are hard to distinguish from the parent material after weld cleanup...
